Product Description
1.New solution of erosion and heat-deformation of burner nozzle tip applying combined technologies of tungsten carbide clad and ceramic cap application is developed. Hana Weltech provide new technology which extremely extend the life time of burner nozzle tip and increase the efficiency of power generation by accurately controlled flame.
2. Hana Weltech developed tungsten carbide(15-65wt%) vacuum clad technology and there is no limits with geometry and materials. WC-Clad
technology can maximize your burner nozzle tip’s life-time. Up to 5mm thickness of clad is available with poreless micro structure.
3. Along with WC-Clad technology, Ceramic Cap of properties of Al2O3 with High Hardness(HV 2,200), which is sintered in 1,400℃, prevents the severe erosion caused by impingement of pulverized coal particles.
4. Hana Weltech' weld hardfaced wear plate has an excellent anti-abrasive, corrosion properties and good impact resistance.Typical alloy is ferritic/martensitic and generally contains about 33 to 35% of alloys including chrome carbide and moly carbide. We operates newest high productive Jet-Clad Systems which provide high quality and economic products to our customer.
