Boiler Tube Coating Solution for thermal power plant
Until now, coating materials for boiler tubes have been primarily developed with a focus on achieving high hardness.
However, with the increasing use of low-grade coal containing high sulfur content, along with the rising flame temperatures of large-capacity ultra-supercritical boilers, oxidation and corrosion damage to boiler tubes has been on the rise. As a result, there is a growing demand for new coating materials that provide enhanced mechanical strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures.
However, with the increasing use of low-grade coal containing high sulfur content, along with the rising flame temperatures of large-capacity ultra-supercritical boilers, oxidation and corrosion damage to boiler tubes has been on the rise. As a result, there is a growing demand for new coating materials that provide enhanced mechanical strength and corrosion resistance at high temperatures.
The development of Hana Weltech’s new arc-spray wire for boiler tubes originated from these on-site requirements.
Leveraging our accumulated technical expertise and research, Hana Weltech is proud to introduce an innovative arc-spray coating material that dramatically improves both wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
